SUNDAY: Rest or cross-train
MONDAY: 1.5 miles
TUESDAY: 1.5 mile
WEDNESDAY: 1.5 miles
THURSDAY: 1.5 miles
FRIDAY: Rest
SATURDAY: 2 miles
