It's cold outside this week, but don't be afraid to bundle up (in layers!) and get outside! This week, feel free to walk to cover your mileage goals. If you want to jog, alternate walking and jogging every two minutes throughout the duration.

SUNDAY: Rest or cross-train
MONDAY: 1 mile
TUESDAY: 1 mile
WEDNESDAY: Rest
THURSDAY: 1.5 miles
FRIDAY: Rest
SATURDAY: 1.5 miles
